I was potting on my sunflowers tonite, grown from seed, when i had to stop for dinner. Well, I happened to fancy a wee glass of wine with my meal, delicious. On going back out to finish the job, I topped up my glass and the radio was with me anyway, I spent the next wee while slurping away and potting away...then had a wee chat on the phone with a couple of friends, and as it was getting dark, lit a few candles [ yes still in the greenhouse] and another wee top up, all in all a very pleasant evening...all the while hubby was watching that da** telly....What fun this retirement is.......... : )
Hahahahahaha ... a wee glass of wine - aye right! As well as painting scenic scenes, you're also setting them - sounds very idyllic Mrs Wee Wumman - you keep on enjoying your retirement - you certainly deserve it. xx
